About the event

A sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone at any time.   Come and learn how to use the community defibrillator to be prepared and make a real difference in the precious time before professional help arrives that could save a life.

Defibrillators are easy to operate, and it's important to note that you do not need to be trained to use one. However, in an emergency situation, every second counts, and proper training can help you feel more comfortable and confident when using a defibrillator. This can help you save valuable seconds that could make a difference in saving a life.

Defibrillators, also known as AEDs, are proven to save lives.  Two are available in our Villages: one  outside the Blue Lion in the archway leading from the car park to the pub courtyard and one beside the bench and noticeboard in Atterton.

Please let us know if you want to attend by emailing us on hello@wana.org.uk or by calling Lynne on 07970271039

This free training could make the difference between life and death.
