National Mental Health Awareness week took place13-19 May with a focus on moving more for our mental health. Being physically active has been shown to be beneficial for our wellbeing in many ways.


Our videos here illustrate some of the activities arranged by WANA during Mental Health Awareness Week bringing people together to be active. The two walking events in fact proved so popular with participants that they have continued on a weekly basis.
