Pick Up the Poop

2025 sees the launch of a campaign to tackle the ever-present issue of dog fouling in the South-West Leicestershire Village of Witherley. Witherley C.E. Primary School showcased remarkable talent when pupils enthusiastically participated in a design competition for notices aimed at reminding dog owners to pick up the poop - a blight on the walk to school.
The WANA Bee panel of judges was thoroughly impressed by extraordinary creativity and impactful messaging. Isabella Davis and Erin Jones scooped the top awards, and 23 pupils received ‘Highly Commended’ certificates for outstanding contributions.
